The material is not thick and bulky. Comfortable. I like it much. Only problem for me is I’m petite in height, 1.5m, thus it’s very very long. Else would have been perfect!

I really like this vest. It does fit a little large, but that's all right. It isn't too thin, nor is the material coarse. It also zips up high, offering extra neck protection. It also matches the color exactly as described. It's very warm, I'm glad to have it for this cold season.

My husband is not as picky as I am and he thinks the vest is ok. He is 6' and 220lbs and the XL fits him. I ordered the Navy and it is not a deep navy. The outside pockets have zippers and they, along with the main zipper all glide well and seem nice and flat, not bumpy like some. The material isn't a super soft polar fleece, and it is on the thin side. But if you need something to layer it will work. After I give it a wash, I hope it will fluff it up a bit and get the wrinkles out. I added a picture of the washing instructions translated into English. They look far too complicated for a thin fleece vest. I only hand wash items that are delicate or something that I don't want to be damaged. I will wash this with cold water and partially dry it on a low setting.Everyone keeps mentioning the deep inside pockets, well I hope they don't drop anything small in there. It is only the backside of the front pockets and they are NOT sewn all the way down so there is about a 2 or 3-inch hole at the bottom of the pockets.We will see after he wears it on our camping trip if he changes his mind about it and I will update the review.
