The one-way check valve was a perfect fit. Did not leak with a fine finish and no burrs that will cut you while putting it in place. Octagon on both ends enabling to hold and tighten with a adjustable wrench rather than pipe wrench which will cut into the material. It looks slick with a perfect fit. I would recommend it.

Not much to say, it works, not to much loss of pressure to open and stops backflow.
