I like a lot, it slips on, however i bought several, you can lose case and knife. The spring varies from purchase to purchase. It will slip over sweat pants. Fits a military web bet nice, if possible weave it through. I do recommend still. Fits many knives. Fair price

This multi tool pouch seems very well made and sturdy. My Gerber multi tool fits perfectly in it. I like the magnetic closure, and the navy duty clip keeps it securely on my belt. The pen pocket on each side is probably useful to many, although I don't use them. I'm sure I would loose or break a pen if I carried one there .It's a very good multi tool pouch for the money.
