The factory design on the JK puts the evaporation canister in a very vulnerable position, rocks or other debris from the trail can easily damage the canister and replacement canisters can be very expensive. We have built a no nonsense skid that will fit any year model JK and provide the protection that is much needed for this part of the JK. 3/16" Steel: Laser cut and precision formed in the U.S.A. Will fit any year JK 2007-Up Easy bolt on installation. Longer Grade 10.9 Hardware is included for installation

This vapor canister skid plate is built better than I expected. It came unpainted but I used brake clean to remove the shipping oils. I painted it before installation to cut down on rust over time. This item will definitely outlast the Jeep I put it on and will get installed on the next Jeep.
