There is no need to take the front coil spring out. Jack the car up from frame so you get full stretch on spring, then slide/wedge new bumpstop into the spring cavity(may need to use crobar to spread spring a bit but it will slide in)

My old bump stops were dry rotting out being they were 15 years old. These are much better. Fit perfectly and does what my old bumps tops stopped doing long ago, damping bumps!

These were larger than I needed, but I made them work with some modifications. These replaced OEM strut bumpers on an ‘07 Ford Mustang.

These are large, as long as they fit for you they will do the job. My old ones were cracking quite a bit and these were a great replacement.
