The slates are not true to size, also the packaging it was sent in is super cheap and flimsy, there isn't anyway you can repackage them for gift giving and even in shipping the slates had small chips happen to them because of a lack of good packaging.

These rock slates are not no good . I bought 4 and all four crack in half during the process of putting a sublation picture on the rock slate . I’m not a happy customer with these rock slate . And not it’s saying I can’t return it back to the seller for a refund of my money back .

I bought this brand because I only needed two slates at this time. I received them and I'm very disappointed. There is some kind of smears on the white and there was a chip on the corner of one of them. I will not be buying this brand ever again.

First of all, the packaging was really bad, no bubble wrap, the individual boxes are taped together and not in a good shape, so you really can’t use it for your customers. As soon as I opened one, some chipped off and there are Blurry areas like it was an uneven coating or something in front, I tried alcohol and wiped it several times because I thought it was just something you can clean off. These are the worst slates i’ve got so far. Packing and the product itself are poor quality. With so many bad reviews, I don’t know why they didn’t do anything to improve their product.

1ST items was cracked which I'm guessing was delivery. Item was promptly attended to and I received new one in 24 hrs after dropping off. Came in beautiful, love it.

Nice heavy sublimation rock. Not packaged with bubble wrap so granite chipped off back in few places. Did not affect front but who ships breakable items in thin cardboard box.
