Unit works great. The pulley band broke so I emailed JOAN LAB about potential replacement. They were very fast to respond and send they would send a replacement band free of charge. I asked for 2, just in case it happened again, and when the package arrived it had 3 bands inside. Very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

No reason for such a weak orbital plate like this, 2 liters made the thing beep and stop.Also it didn't stop but slowed down to stop and there was nothing you could do to cancel it's dragging on "slowing" process to get back up and spin again. It jerks upon start but will not continue when it's on that slowing down mode.Also, those beeps and alerts are probably the noisiest I've heard in lab. Avoid this brand altogether. Go find cheaper and maybe older but solid on the E baye

The belt/band went bad before we had it 6 months. We are buying a backup one and I am requesting a new belt/band.

We bought an orbital shaker (OS-40Pro) and roller mixer (RM-6Pro) from Joanlab in January. We are very happy with both, and they are used pretty heavily in our university lab.In August one of the flat springs on the OS-40Pro broke, and I emailed Joanlab asking for help finding the replacement part. I got a response within 48 hours and they were very friendly. In less than a week they helped us get in contact with the right people to get a replacement flat spring.
