This is a great looking rain suit, but the quality just wasn't in it. It tore on my first ride in the rain, with the first little rip it just split out.

Another quality piece of motorcycle gear from Joe Rocket.First of all, the fit is fine for me over a riding jacket and pants. If in doubt, go to Joe Rocket's site and look at the sizing chart.Next, I have ridden in a few heavy rainstorms with this suit and can vouch for it's waterproof properties. However, without rain gloves, boot covers and balaclava you will still get wet.Overall, this is a good value.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THE PRODUCT A 1 START AND THE SELLER 0 STARS!First let's talk about the product. I'm a 6' tall, 200 Lbs guy. I normally wear L on most everything, but decided to go for an XL as this suit would go on top of other clothing. The Jacket and pants look attractive on first impression. Loud orange and black were similar to Harley's colors and the reflective bands would help being visible. The jacket is very tight on the waist without any way to make it looser (as another reviewer complained), and when you are seated on your bike, the jacket elastic band that is supposed to be on your waist, will move up to your chest. No hood or anything to actually protect your neck from the cold or the rain. Plenty of velcro to close it after zipping it. Still some water gets through it. Other than that a standard rain jacket that could get a 2-3 stars maybe. Now the pants. They are ok in size for an XL, kind of baggy, (otherwise will be impossible to get them on over your jeans or other pants you are wearing). Good opening through zippers to be able to put them on with shoes or boots on, even though is easier without your shoes on. The zippers get often stuck on the nylon material, but this is common on this kind of garments. Finally they have an elastic strap to hold them down under your shoes. This strap is fine, but makes your pants pull down somehow and you need to pull them down while seated in your bike because they get super tight and pushed down, limiting your movements. A little longer length would have been perfect. The problem is that not only they did not hold the rain water out, but also the pants started to peel off in its interior double layer, as you can see in the pictures. Maybe the rubbing of my boots? Not sure. So, one posture, pants are already damaged. Now, the worst part: The horrible Seller!!!I emailed the Seller the next day to let them know about the problem, and that I was out on a 3 week motorcycle ride around the country. Even though it was only a week since I receive them, and wore the suit only once, they would not accept the return without discounting a 50% restocking fee!!! Unheard of! I have seen 10-15% restocking fees, and not often on Amazon's sellers. Most have a great return policy. Back and forth many, many emails, explaining the item was crappy, was disintegrating, and it was only now 10 days since received, and nothing. I said that for 50% only, I would not return it, keep using at least the jacket for rainy days when not riding. I insisted that needed to have the certainty that if I sent it back, I will get my full refund, and not 50%. Finally one of their "customer service" people Katilyn, (I got responses from 6 different "agents"), writes me back and authorizes the return with the 100% refund. So, knowing this, I send it back with the prepaid UPS label Amazon sends me. A couple of days passed since the return was received, and the Seller does not acknowledge the receipt of the suit, even though UPS tracking said that it was received by them. They now again say they will only give me a 50% refund with the 50% restocking fee. After many emails back and forth again, they keep on telling me they will charge me the 50% restocking and won't move from that.Thank you to Amazon's amazing customer service and their A to Z guarantee, Amazon will refund me 100%, even though the Seller was a 3rd party Seller and they do not have control over what these Sellers do.Bottom line,BRAVO AMAZON!!! . I love your products and policies and will continue buying mostly everything from you, as I have for the last few years.BOW WOW, HORRIBLE SELLER, "POWERSPORT SUPERSPORTS" (WHAT A JOKE!!!). They should not be allowed to sell in Amazon, and you as a consumer should not be buying anything from them, if you care about your money, AND you want to ensure having a good product and a great return policy as you are used to when buying at Amazon.

I bought this rain suit for my husband for his weekend road trip in to West Virginia mountains. It fits him well...you do not need to size up because their size charts take into consideration that it will be worn over motorcycle gear, including jackets. It was easy to get into and kept him a little warmer in the cold winds at night. It did not rain, but we expect it will help him stay dry. I like that the pants have a heat shield, too.

Worked like a rain suit should. Kept me dry in a substantial rain shower while riding through the Ozark mountains. Inexpensive gear that works for the purpose intended. Hint: when removing the pants, slide your hand down the back of your leg to the heel of your boot, then slide the pants down your arm. Trying to pull your boot out of the pants is impossible. Pushing the pants off over your boot using your arm as a guide is the best way to remove them.

Excellent shipping ordered this on July 5th and received it on July 7th.The jacket fits good but the pants are little to long but should not be a problemThis is a good quality rain suit, it's thick and very sturdyThe jacket is snug around the waist I thought it was a women's XL but after some research found out there made that wayWell worth the price

I rode my motorcycle into work this morning in the rain. It's about a 30 min drive and this morning it rained the whole way. This suit kept me dry (except for a small part under my right knee, weird). I'm very impressed with this suit. I like the looks of it and the heavy duty feel to it. I wish there was a pocket on tge pants but everything else is amazing! Thank you for this great rain suit! I'm very happy with the price and the product !

Great value for the money. I purchased this rainsuit for the rain, as well as to use for cold-weather commuting. The suit fits true to size (I'm 5'4" and 130lbs and the small fits great). The stirups and elastic on the ankles of the pants are perfect for keeping a tight seal to avoid water (or cold air) from entering. Additionally, the pants have zipper expandable sides to allow for putting them on over my boots. Another plus is the heat shield on the lower inside of the legs...don't even think about buying a suit that doesn't have these (I've seen other suits melt on the exhaust, and then they're worth nothing).I'm not crazy about the jacket for cold weather riding, but it works great in the rain. The problems I have with the jacket are: I don't like the drawcord at the bottom (so I removed it, problem solved); the collar of the jacket is lined w/ corduroy or something, but it scratches my neck (this is the main reason I still wear my TNF jacket for cold weather riding).I ride 365 days a year, as my motorcycle is the only vehicle I own. In the past I've used ski pants and a North Face Gore Text jacket, and they work, but not anywhere near as well as the Joe Rocket RS-2 rainsuit.
