Bought this item 1 year ago. It had very little use. This year used it 10 minutes and the barrel split.Not a very good product!!! Not recommended

El producto asimple vista se mira bien trae sus piezas completas el problema q tiene es q solo lo use 2 veces y la pieza de adentro de la pistola se quebró no aguanta la presión del agua así q no lo recomiendo gaste mi dinero en algo q pensé q iva ser útil

UPDATE: JOEJET saw my original 1-star review, sent me a message asking for more details. I sent them a video showing how the valve body had cracked at the mould seam. The next day they sent me an entirely new unit. I finally got a chance this past weekend to try it out, and so far, so good.If this review was JUST for customer service it would be 5-star, no question. Still, I have to account for the utter failure of the original hardware. See the original review below...This is a year-out review. I bought this last summer and used it 2 or 3 times. I finally got around to pressure washing the deck this summer and surprise, this wand leaks so badly from the valve that it’s unusable.Just shell out the bucks to buy a high quality wand. This thing was nothing but disappointment.
