Exactly what is described. The handles to pull on seem to be a little weak in my opinion and I’m still working on a push up so it’s not like I’m this crazy strong women.It’s not helpful as I thought it would with my stretching.

Don't buy unless you have a super sturdy door. The panels in the door have to be solid as a rock or you will kick right through. Also is very hard to use and hurts when it digs into your back and hips. Not worth the buy AT ALL.

I love it. I was afraid it wouldn't hold me but it is a great buy. It does help with flexibility ease of use, and it does help build strength in my workouts and stretches.

I didn’t like this item. In looking at it I thought it works be hood enough for what I needed it for. A longer bands that didn’t stretch. It appears to be a long band but only when you stretch it. I didn’t notice it was elastic when I purchased
