This was an exact fit. I'm running a 1998 John Deere GT262 and this fit perfectly. Was pretty easy to install the new part and get me back up and running again. Would order again for sure.

The toe rod end was and exact replacement for a LX176. I have had it for a couple of months and no issues to speak of. I appreciate parts that are OEM or are made to OEM specs. This tie rod is worth the cost.

Got this item just in time to repair my mower. It was an exact fit and appeadd to be a better revision from the proginal one.

It's a shame the design of these parts involves a ball swaged into the socket, so when it wears eventually it just all needs to be replaced. Would have been better with a retention pin or clip similar to what is seen on anti-sway bars for RV's. Anyway, this was an easy swap out. You need a 1/2" open wrench to hold the bolt from spinning, and 9/16" deep socket on a breaker bar from below. I can't remember if the part came with the right nut - I saved and reused the original nuts.

Fit as expected on my old gt262 and arrived quickly in good condition. As others have mentioned, this does not come with the nuts needed for install and you need to retain the nuts from your original part or buy new ones. I reused mine and it has not caused any issues.
