Perfect fit but OEM hardware didn’t fit. Had extra hardware laying around so was not a problem.

This Item didn't fit , Although, I modified it so it would work. Thread size were incorrect.Didn't want to deal with the head ache of return shipping. All in all it worked out in the long run.
