This is the first time I have ever purchased a set of strings made for one particular type of tuning. I put them on my resonator guitar and I am very pleased with them. I have used JP strings exclusively in the past for almost 20 yrs and have always had good results.

These are excellent strings for a dobro/resonator-type guitar. Nice shimmering highs and very solid bass tones, Also seem to keep their liveliness and tone longer than many (uncoated) strings. I'm very happy with them.
