If you think this item sounds too good to be true, you are right. It is absolutely useless. The baby carseat in this travel set does NOT lock on one side when trying to attach to the stroller. Huge failure on keeping a newborn infant safe.The lack of response from seller/manufacturer and lack of ability to obtain a satisfactory resolution from Amazon’s customer service team is appalling. The only return option I was given is to take this item back to UPS or USPS and expend my personal funds on shipping which exceeds $250 and PRAY that the manufacturer or Amazon honor a refund. Laughable considering they didn’t deliver on quality so far and yet to still expect me to spend costs that exceed 50% of the cost of this item and my time yet again to take this to UPS and return this faulty item, while I’m pregnant, is quite frankly insulting. Neither Amazon or Joie are willing to provide a prepaid shipping label leaving me, an expectant mother, without proper equipment, junk in my garage that wont be picked up and a debt of several hundred dollars unless I’m willing to risk spending a few hundred dollars more. Unbelievable!
