1. Adjust the string at the top to fit your ceiling height.
2. If for bed, please hang it close to headboard.
3. Pay attention to the pop up ring when you untie it. Please drive in the nails besides stick-on tape assuring 100% sturdy.
Installation Steps:
1. Clean the ceiling, and make sure that there is no dust or water on the surface.
2. Install the hook on the hanging board first, stick the paster on it and then heat it by hair drier for well stickiness.
3. Heat the stick spot on the ceiling in the same way, and fully stick the paster to the wall.
4. After 2-3 hours, hang the princess pink canopy for girls bed. (Finished)

There's no lights that it supposedly came with. And it rips extremely easy. For a kids items it's definitely not kid durable in anyway. It's also not as purple as it looks in the photos. It's more see-through.

DO NOT use the sticky adhesive that comes in the packaging with the canopy.The adhesive mounting sticker that comes in the Canopy package was so strong - TOO strong, that it ripped out a gigantic chunk of my drywall.I had to look up how to repair and retexture my ceiling via a frantic trip to Home Depot in order to try to repair my ceiling.It’s an *OKAY* canopy otherwise for the price.. But if I had to go back and do it again, I wouldn’t.If you still want to purchase this canopy, please go out and buy some Command Strips instead of what this package sends you to hang this canopy up. Command strips are MUCH more wall-friendly.Please beware.

Arrived on time but after I hung it up over my bed on the left side towards the bottom of the fabric there is a small hole it’s not a snag either I would check before you hang this item up just to make sure there’s not anymore holes in the fabric like mine had hopefully it doesn’t get any bigger or I’ll have to trash it I’ve just tried to hide it for the most part.

Light weight, easy to hang. I chose not to screw the hook that came with it into our ceiling, used the Velcro do no harm strips. Our Granddaughter loved it!

We hung this in our daughter's room, as she has always wanted one and just redid her room. It is even more beautiful than we thought! It came together so nicely. It was very easy to maneuver and hang up. You do have to make sure you position it correctly on the ceiling bc if not, and if you need to reposition, the tape may rip the paint off your ceiling. We had that happen but it was easily hidden when we repositioned it. You can add anything to it to dress it up, as well. Like vines, flowers, lights. We have had it several months and it has not ripped, torn, fallen down. It truly is beautiful!

In the process of redesigning my room, I've always wanted to put a bed canopy above my bed for aesthetically pleasing purposes. The product came early and was very easy to install (used the square adhesive instead of screwing it into the ceiling because I live in an apartment). The canopy is simple, yet pretty.
