Upon opening the box and trying to use the pre-cut foam inserts do not line up completely. To line the box to prevent heat from escaping. FedEx recommends and requires Heavy-duty cardboard that provides excellent strength.3/4" thick closed-cell foam insulation helps maintain proper temperature in transit. These pre-cut inserts of styrofoam do not line the included standard brown box. Improper foam inserts in this kit would guarantee a potential of a cold animal and the possibility of a Dead on arrival. Upon shipment due to the improper size cut styrofoam that is supposed to line the box completely with no gaps to prevent heat from escaping. This was supposed to be a complete kit for shipping reptiles. It is not a complete kit. Does not come with deli- cups or proper recommend shipping cotton snake bags either.
