Borosilicate glass is a heat-resistant glass that is perfectly suited for hot and cold drinks.

These lasted less than a year. The first one, washed almost always by hand, developed condensation between the two glass walls. The second one somehow developed a crack within the inner wall, which then allowed liquid to leak into the space between the glass walls.The mug on the far right is another brand that was purchased at the exact same time. Both of those other-brand mugs (I'd bought two of those also) are still going strong.These JoyJolt mugs turned out to be a disappointing purchase . . .1.4.24: raised my rating one star in appreciation of JoyJolt's immediate responsiveness in processing a refund for the defective mugs. These do a good job of keeping my coffee hot, and I am very pleased with the quality. I liked them well enough that I bought a second set to have on hand if needed.

I've been using a ceramic coffee cup for some time. While it's large, it's heavy as heck and since I've moved to single-cup pour-over brewing it's a pain to monitor the level of coffee in the mug.These glass mugs, while not huge, are a good single cup size. The wide handle makes the lightweight glass easy to hold, even when full. Simple to see the level of coffee, no more overflow issues! Hooray.They do feel a touch fragile, but that might be as compared to the lump of stone mug I had that you could use to drive nails. So far, hand washes easily and minor bumps against thigs have zero effect.If these break I'll buy therm again. Says it all.

These mugs are really nice. However they are om the thin side. These broke after a couple of months. Hand Wash only. Wish they were made of thicker glass.

These are so light weight, I thought they were plastic but then I dropped one, and they are definitely glass.My husband LOVES them as they keep his coffee hot but the handle remains cool. This is my 2nd set I have ordered for him and as other coffee mugs break, I will replace them with these. Awesome product and at a terrific price.

I love these JoyJolt thermal glass mugs and so do all of my guests. I have numerous fun ceramic mugs in my cupboard but I always turn to these because of the great thermal quality, the size and how beautiful lattes and other coffee and tea drinks look in them.

We've had a couple of these for over a year now and they are our favorite mugs. They are lightweight but sturdy, they keep your drink hot but feel cool to the touch, and they are attractive and dishwasher-safe. Much better than others of this type that we had tried. Not expensive and would make a great gift.

I swapped out my yeti mugs for these as I got tired of drinking out of stainless steel. The mugs keep my coffee warm and although they feel delicate they withstand the heat and they are strong. I love that there is no need for a coaster under them and they feel nice in my hand. I bought a second set of two for our cottage.Months later - just bought my third set - love these so much - now I have enough for company too.

I originally bought a very small version of these for My morning espresso shot with a little bit half-and-half. They were great but I always liked more coffee than what is in the smaller cups so they are expensive, And I didn’t buy them for a long time. My mistake because once I got them I have been using them basically daily. It’s great for a nice big mug of coffee and it stays warm for much longer than just your average coffee cup. They’re easily used in the microwave and they really make the coffee look great. I’ll take some whole milk and used my little foam or device that I got from ikea And then I slowly pour the espresso shot in the side and it layers it and looks impressive.
