This product is strong, steady once you set it in the position you desire. Also great roged looking and makes my Wrangler JL look so good. I love it, compared to bulletpoint products, this mount holds its places right there with them. And cant beat the price...

The assembly and installation was easy. The part that holds the phone to the mount is sturdy and secure, but the joint that holds that part to the rest of the mount has become loose and floppy. The joints loosen quickly and they're a pain to tighten with the unit installed on the dash. Overall, I'm unimpressed. Not worth $40.

It's really pretty good, seems sturdy, the installation was pretty easy the only down side is you have to leave off or modify the original rubber liner.

Mounted very easily. Keeps your phone solidly in place , but can be easily moved and stays put.

Just received this today. Would NOT order it again. It arrived in a plastic bag, no box, just a plastic bag. It looks like it has been used, even though it still had the covering over the adhesive tape. It had scratches and the ball nut was so tight I had to get out 2 pair of pliers to break it loose to adjust it. It also does not fit like it does in the picture. It does NOT allow the phone to hang off the edge of the dash...arm is not long enough for that.Fell like I paid more than it is worth. Stick to the "name brand" and not this knock-off.
