I'm not sure how the expensive ones go together but this was half the price. I feel like the install was pretty good. I didn't have to permanently change anything on my jlu. The instructions could have been better but if you're mechanically inclined at all you'll do fine. Also, if I have to modify the product to seal it, that is also cake.
