EDIT: I believe at this point Amazon sent me the wrong item, or someone boxed two different wrong parts together. However, the 100 degrees bend is not excusable on JTs part.BUT JT issued a full refund for this, and they were appropriate and professional about it, even when I was angry and not professional myself. They handled it like a professionally run company would, peefectly, so I'm going to assume the quality/item error is a fluke they'll get to the bottom of.Yeah this is such crap that it's impossible to install without cutting and welding and then it's still be crap.It does NOT fit my daughters 2004 Prius. The attachment for the hangers is 4" too far back, and the final angle to attach to the muffler is 6-7" too far back, and is pressed up under the gas tank, ready for the heat to start a fire. If I cut it to make the hangers attachable, then it didn't fit in the first place, and the rear no longer reaches, and the overall connection sections require a weld. The bend in the second section isn't even a gradual rounded 90, it's a crimped 90 so overbent it'll probably congest airflow, it's 100 degrees at least, on maybe 1/2" inner radius. An overbend that looks as low quality as it gets, like it was bend over a rod and not a radius. I could heat torch it and try to fix it, but then again what did I buy, plus it'd mean the cat is now even longer, and require even more cutting and welding.Bolts included are too narrow of thread diameter for the oem engine attachment as well. And the Toyota futaba stamped muffler. Gaskets so large they fall off making install a hassle, and probably won't crimp tight.Live in Oregon to boot, rarely have a dry day to do this with my daughter, on her car. Very, very irritating. Zero stars if I could. In the end I reused the original second section, junked this one (cause it's junk), cut and welded the first section, and overpaid $120 compared to the competition, for the joy of hours additional work and frustration.
