This is not an exact fit, From the engine out yes, the other end will require adapter fitting to connect the two together. Something they dont tell you and you don't find out until you're under your car and have everything ripped apart. Lousy way to do business.

This is very inexpensive, and I was VERY skeptical.It seems well made and fits well.Because of the price, I fear it may not last more than a couple of years. Only time will tell how long it lasts.Many older Priuses, like mine with over 200,000 or 300,000 miles run fine, but may burn oil. The oil fouls the catalytic converter, and you have to replace it, which can be Crazy expensive if you buy a Toyota converter. So these aftermarket units are a cost effective solution to that problem.I replaced the O2 Sensor, when I installed this unit, since I feared it may be oil fouled also.Unfortunately people like to steal original catalytic converters, since the Toyota ones, are so expensive. This might also be a good solution if yours was stolen, if your state allows, non-OEM emission parts to be used.I don't drive the car a lot, but so far so good.I will update if/when I have issues with this, but so far so good.
