BEWARE of using an aftermarket sprocket. The one on my bike ate through the output transmission shaft after 3 years. You need to get a sprocket made of SOFTER metal than the output shaft, otherwise expensive engine rebuilds. Rear sprockets? No Problem. Front Sprockets? OEM is the way to go. Thanks

The sprocket is clearly a well constructed sprocket though for my application the teeth were a bit too narrow to fit over properly on the shaft. The retainer clip to hold the sprocket on looks like it could only go on 1 way, but can be put on wrong, and with the narrow teeth it is VERY hard to take back off.Overall great sprocket, would purchase again any time should I want to change up the ratio on my bike again.

I bought this for my 2000 Honda XR650L. It fit perfect and worked as I expected it to work. I do mostly dirt road type of riding, but sometimes there can be serious uphill or downhill portions and the factory gearing was simply too high. I didn't need to go 115mph in the straights or 30mph down hill. I need 10mph down the hills I traverse and this helped me achieve my goal. It is excellent quality and filled the need I intended for it.

their part numbers are not correct. I received the wrong sprocket, but immediately checked my order which I was correct, but their parts numbers are wrong. To ship it back would cost almost the same as the part so I'm @#$. Amazon is a stupid greedy company
