For everyone else’s ease of mind. Please be aware that there will be fitment issues on an ex250. The gear fits well and is extremely comfortable for highway speeds but the metal cover will rub on the chain if you do not grind it down.FYI speeds normally at 8-9000 rpm will be reduced to 6-7000 rpm

If you are swapping out sprockets check to see if you need spacers. Got started into the 2011 KLR sprocket upgrade and now everything is on hold until I can find correct sized spacers so there isn't any wobble. Like the crmo sprocket but I would like the washers/spacers to be included (even at extra cost) or to be informed of the possible need of them before I get started.
