Quality, design and OEM proven technology are the same as used for what is supplied to the motorcycle manufacturers and genuine replacement parts. Made from Japanese SCM420 chromoly steel alloy. Outlasts any mild steel or surface hardened sprocket. Heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards.

Took some work to get them swapped (Kawasaki Vx300).Had to add some splined washers to get to the exact depth fit, but once there (2 extra foldable and 1 skinny washer) it was pretty straightforward to get it back in play.Tried a run for a few miles - checked all the nuts were tight, rode again observing different feel.It was hitting 50mph @6000rpm. Now hitting 55-56 @6000 rpm.The other notable point is the smoother tease on the friction point and take off without the jittery feeling… nice mod.

Works as described, using on a grey market TZR250 3XV as they have the same spline as the yz450f.

Fit as expected but does require and extra locking washer as a shim but I knew this when I ordered it.

I'm not sure what purpose the rubber pads were intended to serve, but I think they help keep crud out of the shaft bearing.
