I ordered this envisioning myself wrapped in it after a nice summer shower. So I was surprised to find that halfway down, it's sewn together like an infant sleeper. Now I imagine myself getting out of the shower and stepping into a bag, ready for a picnic sack race. I should've watched the video where it gives a preview of the stitching, but I still don't think I would have been prepared. I don't have a sauna or massage table, so I'll just have to wrap both layers around myself. It does seem to be well made and it came out of the washer and dryer beautifully. Just not what I expected.

The listing claims this is “100% Cotton”... but the towel is missing a label that lists the material content. It feels more like a cotton-blend to me — not 100% cotton. I washed it on cold and tumbled dry on warm, which did nothing to soften it.I can say that it held up well in the wash without shrinkage, and the seams are reinforced — which is important considering it was stitched into a open “sleeping bag” style, closed on the bottom.I was actually surprised by this design. I’m taller at 5’10” so this design is not ideal for me. Enclosing my feet makes the towel /blanket too short. I read through the listing before placing my order and this was not obvious to me. I came back to the listing after it arrived to see if they had actually mentioned that the blacker was stitched closed like this… and they do… but they could’ve made that more obvious.
