I really love this product. Having the controls on a watch style wristband is perfect for people like me that lose things constantly! The wrist band is comfortable and easy to put on. I like that the shock button is on the side instead of the screen so its less likely you'll accidentally press it. It keeps a charge for a long time and my dog has responded very well to training with it! It doesn't seem to bother him as far as I can tell. We have a huge yard with no fence and this allows him to roam around freely in the yard when we go outside. The reason I didnt give it five stars is mostly because of the knob on the right side of the watch that controls the beep volume and the vibration and shock intensity. Its bulky and made of plastic. The back of my hand would press it any time I bent my wrist back and it catches on things like clothing a lot. This causes a problem not just with comfort while wearing it but it also causes me to I accidentally change the settings without realizing it. After a while the knob just stopped working all together and unfortunately the shock feature is stuck on the highest setting. Fortunately, I rarely need to use the shock feature because my dog responds well to just the beep and the occasional vibration, but I really dont want to use the shock feature at all with it stuck on the highest setting. My only other complaint is that the time feature seems to be useless, its never kept time accurately for me. That part doesn't matter too much to me though.

I am not happy about this collar. When wearing the remote the display doesn’t light up and you have to activate it in order to give a correction, by that time the opportunity for the correction has passed. Not happy with it at all. If I could return it I would.

When wearing this as a watch every time you bend your wrist, it presses the selection button that changes the settings that you pre-select. Returned

My little guy loves to go Rambo when he sees other dogs this works like a charm. Every time I push the button it works. I’ve used other remotes by far having it on your wrist is amazing. You don’t have to figure out where your remotes at. It’s a game changer. I highly recommend also I was worried about accidentally hitting the button buttons and out of three or four months. I’ve done it once or twice and it’s the sound

Good collar but wasn’t able to pair an older collar to the same remote like I had hoped so I would have two remotes for each collar.

I ordered this dog training collar from Amazon Vine for my small dog, hoping it would help me with some of the training issues I've been facing. When it arrived, I was curious to see how the watch-style remote would work since it's supposed to be convenient and portable. The remote can be worn like a watch or around the neck, which I found pretty handy since I could choose how to carry it depending on what I was doing, and it has a color touch screen, and I liked that it also displays the time, so I didn’t need to keep checking my phone while I was training my dog.Setting the training mode and watching the time right on my wrist made the whole process a bit easier, and the collar itself has three training modes: beep, vibration, and safe static, with the beep only having one level, the vibration offering nine levels, and the static mode having several levels.I was initially worried about the static mode, but I realized that I could adjust it to make sure it wasn’t uncomfortable for my dog which made me feel better about it, but I mainly used the beep and vibration modes, gradually increasing the levels of vibration if my dog didn’t respond to the lower settings, overall, it has been a pretty good dog training collar.
