first one the motor burned out when i pushed apples too hard, which was my bad. the second one, one of the clamps to hold it together broke but i still use it just gotta press down hard with one hand and push your veggies and fruits slow so the motor doesnt overwork. it is an OK product and def makes juice, but you do have to empty the solid collector kind of often. again, it is OK, but if i could go back i'd just buy something of better quality.

She still have warranty because the motor died so what should I do?Maybe I could get a refund

I don’t recommend buying this machine. It works for a little while deal that don’t it burns out.

I wanted to wait a few uses before I wrote a review. I received it May 13th, I think and, I've used this juicer everyday now. I've just been juicing celery mainly. Excellent juice. I just wish they would have included two juicing blades. I can see now that one won't last but a few months for me. I've made beet juice, apple juice, carrot juice and ginger. The blade is not sharp as it was when I first starting using it. I'll be trying watermelon next. It's easy to clean. I do like it. Love the color. It was a great price.

I married a rastafarian and we require to eat off the land. Therefore no processed or preserved food, which includes juices. We bought this juicer to make things a bit easier. At first when you take it out of the package there are many parts and the product seems cumbersome. But once all unpacked the parts fit together nicely. It is super easy to use. The two speeds are really meant for soft and hard fruits and the low speed does not work on harder fruits. Nonetheless it works very well as a unit. It is easy to take apart and includes a cleaning brush to clean. Storage can be an issue with all the parts dont stay with the main unit.
