It has jammed and threw its timing off three times in less than a year. It has cost me half of what the machine cost to get it fixed these times since you cannot repair it yourself. The product support is no help and a waste of money on this machine. I thought Juki would be a great brand but I was disappointed.

This sewing machine is a “dream come true.” It was delivered the next day and I went right to work with it. It has easy directions and I would recommend it to anyone. I would buy it again!

Got this for Christmas for my wife and she loves it. Had an initial problem with the presser sensor, but a quick drop of the foot a couple of times and it works great. All of the features make it a little difficult to learn but she is screaming forward with it.

If you are into sewing and want a reliable no holes barred solution, this is it. Small to large projects are a breeze and this unit is a great sewing machine with a low noise level and handles thin to thick fabrics with out missing a step.

This machine sews like a dream. It has many functions and useful features, the needle threading function works extremely well (unlike another sewing machine that I have). It has many different stitches including lettering and the automatic button hole presser foot is so easy to use and makes perfect button holes. The only comment I have is that I find the instruction manual quite difficult to read and follow.

I bought this sewing machine as a birthday present for myself. I waited to write a review because I wanted to use it for a while to see how I liked it. I'm so pleased with it am excited to continue sewing with it over the winter. I have only owned manual sewing machines and am delighted with this new computized machine. It has a lot of features that are "sewer intuitive". Little things that I have never had before but wished they were on the other machines I've used. It is also a strong machine and can take sewing with thicker fabrics - a must for me. Overall, I would recommend this machine to anyone.

My wife was very pleased with this machine having owned several competing brands over the years. From the auto threader to the knee lever that allows lifting the pressure foot without taking your hands from the work - this machine is wonderful to work with. The instruction manual was excellent. Many, many stitch choices, from lettering to quilting stitches. You can control size and length for each and save your favorites. The machine can be operated without the foot pedal.

My wife is a great sewist. She had a Singer machine for decades which she sold when we moved to the US.After a lot of research, we got interested in Juki. We were looking for a sturdy, comprehensive and not very expensive machine. On the other hand, we didn't want to buy something that after few month would need to be repaired. After few weeks using that, I can tell you Juki HZL-F600 is that sewing machine. It is easy to work, comes with a lot of features. The design is simple but beautiful and practical. There is enough space for maneuver around the needle & foot area.We couldn't be happier, and definitely recommend this product to every one. Also, there are few great reviews of this machine in you tube which helped us to make decision confidently. Before you buy, see them.

I'd give this machine 6 stars for how happy it made my wife.My wife had a Singer which she used with difficultly (and anger) due to constant problems with the thread ending up in a tangled birds nest or similar problems. He assumption was that it was her. However, she wanted to make a quilt for our grandson, so she persevered.I finally figured out that it may be the machine, so I researched sewing machines for several weeks. At first, I disregarded the reviews for this machine. They were so good, I assumed they were fake. After a time, I settled on either the Juki or the Jenome. Having known of a cut-and-sew operation that had happily used Juki commercial machines, I bought her this machine as an anniversary present. As it turns out, the reviews were not fake! If anything, they were too restrained. All problems stopped and my wife's output more than doubled. She felt sewing was fun again, not a hassle. She is happy beyond words, and so am I. It is difficult to believe how much difference this machine made.To date, we have not seen a downside.

Thank You Sew Vac Direct and Amazon for carrying this brand of sewing machine. I've sewn on industrial Juki machines so had no doubts that Juki was the right brand. The features on this machine allows a sewist to go from garment sewing, hemming and mending to household sewing like curtains and drapes, to quilting "seamlessly". The transition from one function to the other is flawless. I've just finished a 108 X 112 king size quilt and this machine would have made that process a breeze. I love the exact 1/4" needle placement for scant 1/4" piecing that is flawless each time. I love the thread cutter. This machine is quiet compared to base level machines. The lighting, there are two LED lights, one over the needle one over the bed. The machine is intuitive and easy to set up and operate right out of the box. I played with mine for half an hour and started piecing another quilt. This machine produces a quality stitch each time. I also love the bobbin winder, fills a smooth tight even bobbin and has an independent bobbin motor so there is no need to stop sewing for bobbin filling. The free motion quilting foot is so well designed and makes FMQ a breeze. I can't say enough about this machine, I knew what Juki would deliver as I ran Juki machines working at Levis Strauss years ago. I am Not disappointed. This was the right machine for me.
