I got this one because the other one I have has a board on the outside so I can only fit one thick canvas. Since the board is in the center on this one I thought it would solve that problem. However, there is a reason for the boar on the outside. It holds the painting in. The first time I used it my painting fell out on the painting side. now I turn them around in case they fall out. but I wish they had made more of a lip on the outside of the holder so that doesn't happen. The grooves are also weird, they are made for thin paintings, and difficult to get a good grip on your painting.The size is deceiving as well. I can't fit as large of a painting in this one because the piece that slides up and down to hold the painting is too large on the top and stops it too soon, which makes no sense. I purchased it based on the product dimensions.Still trying to decide if I can make any adjustments to make it work better and keep it or if I should just return it. very disappointed. Very poorly made. I wish they would ask an artist to use it and give feedback on the design so it would be more functional.

This is a very efficient design to carry four medium sized canvases.However, both adjustable holders came cracked/split in the one I received. It is repairable but the packaging seems insufficient to prevent breakage.

Just what I needed to transport wet canvases. To do so, only two canvases of the same size per side, not 4 individual sizes, that is a limitation but not a big problem.
