Protect workers, reduce fire risks, and improve productivity. Store flammable fuels and chemicals in code-compliant Justrite safety fireproof cabinets.
Justrite cabinets are constructed of sturdy 18-gauge (1-mm) thick double-wall, welded steel. They have 1-1/2-in (38-mm) of insulating air space for fire resistance. A Justrite fireproof cabinet has high-performance, self-latching doors. They close easily and securely for maximum protection under fire conditions. The doors include a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system. A fail-safe closing mechanism ensures they work every time. For added security, the handle comes with a cylinder lock and key set, or accepts an optional padlock.
Manual-close door(s) open to a full 180 degrees and self-latch when pushed closed. Self-close door(s) shut and latch automatically when a fusible link melts at 165F (74C) under fire conditions. A unique, concealed self-closing mechanism offers obstruction-free access to contents. All door styles meet OSHA and NFPA 30. Self-close door styles also meet NFPA 1 and the International Fire Code.
Shelf versions feature adjustable patented SpillSlope galvanized steel shelves. These shelves direct spills to the back and bottom of a leakproof bottom sump
Justrite cabinets also feature:

    • Dual side vents with flame arresters
    • Four adjustable feet for perfect leveling
    • A grounding connector
    • A reflective trilingual warning label
    • A durable lead-free powder-coat finish that provides excellent chemical resistance
Justrite flammable cabinets are FM approved. They are proudly made in the USA, and come with a ten-year warranty.

Justrite has been a leader in the safety products field for a long time. I first used Justrite equipment 45 years ago. I use this cabinet to store a small amount of gasoline which is kept in a Justrite 7225120 Type II safety can. To my surprise, this cabinet (123 pounds) was shipped by freight. I didn't want to ask an 18-wheeler semi-trailer to roll down my street (not sure of its ability to take that weight) so I met it on the main road. The cabinet was as advertised -- it's very well made and extremely durable, consistent with my experience with Justrite. It was easy to set up per the enclosed diagram. The leveling feet worked very well. Of note, the cabinet comes with two plugged bung holes. It is possible to vent it; however, one of Justrite's tech talks "Safety Cabinet Venting" advises against it, as does NFPA 30, unless required by code or local jurisdiction. So accordingly those were left installed as received. It arrived with one corner slightly dented in, which I repaired. It looked like that the seam on that corner had been snagged and pushed/pulled, rather than the cabinet being dropped on its corner. Other than the minor freight damage, it's an excellent product at a reasonable price.

This is a heavy, welded cabinet. The door and hardware are solidly built. Two out of two of these arrived damaged.
