This is an awesome egg pan. Measurements are almost exactly as listed. Minor assembly required but only takes a few minutes; screwing the handle on the the pan itself and the top of the lid. The pan is not too heavy and lid fits secure no issues. Cooking has been outstanding when it comes to eggs; very even heat, cooks fast, no butter or oil needed unless for flavor as it's non-stick. I have not tried it with any other foods yet but plan to for sure. The only downer I've had is the bottom is chipping from contact with the burners.

I love breakfast sandwiches, and this product is an excellent choice for making them. It arrives with the handle detached, but assembling it is quick and straightforward. When I tried it for the first time, the eggs turned out perfectly. I highly recommend adding a little oil or butter to the pan to achieve the best results. Overall, this is a very handy tool to have in the kitchen.
