I'm still getting used to playing with these leverless arcade controllers. So far, this Haute42 T13 from JZW-Shop is my favorite. Currently, I'm using it to play retro games through RetroArch, on my Windows 11 PC. I tested it out on a couple games I grew up playing, Streets of Rage 2 (GEN) and Super Street Fighter II (SNES). I appreciate the fact that this T13 has the extra button above the directionals, as I prefer using it as my main up button over the separated one. The last leverless arcade controller I tested didn't have this feature. As mentioned before, I'm not fully accustomed to this style of controller just yet. However, I'm able to execute specials much quicker in SSFII. In SoR2, my performance is already almost as good as if I were using a standard controller.When it comes to build quality, this Haute42 T13 is superbly designed. It's both thin and compact, with just enough weight to hold it steady during play. All the buttons have a terrific feel, and the amount of noise produced is minimal. I really love the placement of them too, which leaves ample space for me to rest my hands. Additionally, the RGB backlighting looks awesome, and the buttons even light up with each press. I didn't experience any issues, such as input delay. In summary, this Haute42 T13 is an all around excellent leverless arcade controller, and I highly recommend it!

Very lightweight and portable fight pad. It's surprisingly thin, but it stays rigid due to the the acrylic body. The buttons feel good and are spaced adequately. I love the customization opportunity with this pad since I can print out custom artwork to sandwich between the plastic sheets. It can be tricky to properly size the image on the printer, but once I was able to dial it in I got a really cool, and one of a kind result.

Very premium built controller pad. The oversized mechanical buttons are just amazing! Plus an extra mechanical key is included too with the puller tool. The LCD screen is helpful. The acrylic design is just absolutely beautiful in person! I've always been one to like to see the interior parts of transparent and translucent controllers, so this is just perfect for me. There's substantial weight to this controller pad which gives it its high-end feel. Sticky gel pads are included for you to place underneath the controller pad to prevent any scuffs. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it was a little too complicated to use this on the PlayStation consoles because certain steps are needed. But it was definite plug and play when using this on your Nintendo Switch.

I purchased this leverless while it was on sale to replace the fightstick I had been using since Street Fighter 5. it came nicely packaged and was easy enough to figure out how to set up everything using the built in software thanks to the instruction sheet they give you in the box. switches are nicely clicky too which is always satisfying and the LEDs are bright enough to see the chosen colors perfectly.highly recommend~

I've been using the Haute 42 - Haute Pad for several months now, and I couldn't be more pleased with it.The build quality is exceptional. It feels robust and stable, providing a comfortable experience for your hands. The heavy-duty leg grips ensure that it stays firmly in place during use. Connectivity is seamless with its plug-and-play feature, and I've encountered no issues at all. The size is just right—not too big or too small—making it comfortable for long term use.Overall, I highly recommend the Haute 42 for anyone considering a leverless option without wanting to spend a fortune. I got this for my multiple devices I game with and it is nice. I'm still trying to figure out all the board possibilities, so bear with me.I'm used to arcade styles, being old school and arcade gaming in the old arcades of the past, so I know the layout, but this one is a bit different. Overall I like the fact that you can adjust the keys.I'll keep you updated if anything changes, just enjoying the old school gamer pad!Currently priced at $67.99, decent for what it does and the many devices you can use it with!
