Probe works alright. Had to tune both of my PID controllers down about 10 degrees F. But with stainless wasn't passivated right and started rusting after using in a brewing system only one use.

I have used this to monitor the temperature of the air exiting the blower on my fireplace and it seems to work really well for this purpose.I have not verified the exact accuracy of the probe, but the readings at room temperature have seemed sensible.
