These are 30% polyester 70% cotton which it turns out is the perfect balance to stay wrinkle free but still be absorbent and not feel like a piece of plastic. I tried several 100% cotton and they are impossible to get the wrinkles out and several 100% polyester and they are useless as napkins.While I wouldn't call these heavyweight, they are the heaviest I found it from Amazon.I am very satisfied and bought more

Ordered a few different napkins and these were the best! Nice hue of light gray to be a neutral with other bright colors on the table. Heavy duty material, mostly cotton and cleans easily.

The good news is these don't require ironing. The bad is that the dark grey color looks more blue in good light. The fabric is like a heavy(ish) denim shirt. They are fine for me for everyday use. If you are looking for a true dark grey, you might be disappointed.
