I am an avid angler and have used, and needed, solid polarized sunglasses for a very long time. I know my way around some sunglasses. I have paid $200 and have paid $10 for pairs in the past. The polarized sunglasses market has come a very long way in making up ground to catch up with the quality the expensive brands offer. I care little about brand name these days. I'm happy to wear a functional pair of "whatevers" that work versus overpaying for a brand name with equal technology. I am also frugal with my money. All sunglasses get ruined eventually. I'd rather be out twenty bucks than two hundred. This is fabulous option if you like the wrap around style. And, I think everyone, on the water or not, would benefit from polarized technology. It cuts the glare out of everything. The road, the game, the beach, and even your family.5-stars on this one!!

I got these sunglasses to use while fishing. In the past I have worn more "major" label brands like Costa, HUK, and Bass Pro.When these arrived, I was surprised to find that there were two pair in the box and not just one. I didn't even notice that in the listing. So that was a pleasant bonus. The glasses themselves are pretty basic. But they are sunglasses, so I'm not sure what else you need. They fit well and are comfortable to wear. They feel similar in construction to some of the other glasses I've worn. They are polarized to a degree. Are they $200 dollar Costas or Oakleys? No. But for the price point - two pair of glasses, two soft carry bags, and two lens cleaning cloths, I think this is an exceptional value. If you're a professional fisherman and need something with the absolute best polarization available, then these probably aren't for you. For the casual fisherman or for someone looking for basic sunglasses or glasses for eye protection for cutting the grass or something - I think these are great. I'm very happy with them.

I got these as a spare set of sunglasses (we got black/black) - one for me and one for my son. These come very nicely packaged with cleaning cloths, so that was nice. The glasses themselves have a soft, matte finish to them which looks and feels nice. I have a bit smaller face, but these fit well and look really good and they're lightweight and comfortable. The lenses are pretty standard plastic, but they have a good amount of tinting to reduce glare and sun, I have not noticed any distortion, and they lenses provide glare reduction in dark gray (as opposed to blue or yellow tinting, which, in my opinion, enhances sun glare instead of reducing it). These aren't high quality fishing glasses with hinges that have some backward give to them, but for the price for the 2-pack, they are good glasses - particularly if you are in a situation where you're worried about losing or scratching them.
