- Principle:KVP04 gas diaphragm pump is a miniature DC brushless diaphragm air pump, which is designed according to the principle of volumetric pump. It is powered by the rotation of the motor, through the eccentric wheel on the motor to drive the rubber cycle, reciprocating motion, in the chamber inside the formation of suction, discharge action. Through the closure and opening of the one-way valve, so as to achieve the inhalation and discharge of gas.

Brushless motor wiring method
- Brushless wiring full speed operation: red wire connected to the positive pole, black wire + white wire connected to the negative pole.
- PWM speed board wiring: red wire connected to the positive pole, black wire connected to the negative pole, yellow wire connected to the output signal, white wire connected to PWM speed control, green wire ground wire left empty.
Note: Connecting the wrong line will lead to motor burnout, please strictly follow the wiring way wiring.
- Motor introduction：Motor circuit protection function. The circuit protection device will be triggered when the following conditions occur.
- When the current exceeds 1A.
- When the motor temperature reaches 165±15°C.
- The diaphragm material is EPDM, which has good resistance to alcohols, acids, alkalis, oxidizers, ketones and greases, and is chemically stable. (Mineral oil and strong corrosive vapor liquid are not applicable)
- With a green protective shock-absorbing sleeve, not only can protect and fix the body, but also can effectively reduce the noise.

I haven't try it yet, but I'm expecting a good outcome. My only concern is the wires of connector are so thin, I think the seller should give 1 to 2 spare connectors incase we accidentally snap it.How can I contact you seller?I have some question regarding wire connectors
