I am going to give it 4 stars because I am not happy with the After-Sales Service.I bought the 1st T-12 speaker on February 16th, 2025. I was so happy with the quality of the speaker that I proceeded to buy the 2nd T12 Speaker on March 7th so that I could take advantage of the TWS Mode by pairing both speakers to get a powerful sound experience at my event.The 2 speakers could not be paired using the TWS Mode despite many attempts. I reached out to the seller via the link offered on the amazon website, and haven't received any word or help
