First. The sink was packaged very well to prevent damage.Second. We chose black in a matte finish, very attractive with the quartz countertop we chose.Third. The design was a very modern under-mount style, also came with two chrome racks for each sideof the sink.Fourth. The sink came with the baskets and strainers that were easy to install.Finally. We are extremely pleased with this high quality product that was available thru Amazon, which saved us a considerable amount of money rather than buying it thru the contractor. 5 stars!
