Excellent KASE quality as always. These filters are machined to very high standards and fit snugly. The glass is clear and strong. Magnetic filters are a must for me now.

This filter set is excellent, with my only complaint being the rest of Kase’s filters are quite expensive! The magnetic setup is just awesome; going back to screwing filters on and off feels archaic after using this setup. I’m using the UV filter with Kase’s magnetic lens cap and it’s really just been a huge upgrade in speed and ease of use. I got the 58mm screw-on magnetic filter ring, which the actual filter then snaps to using the magnets. Alignment is always perfect, my actual lens is protected, and with the magnetic lens cap which I purchased separately, I can then protect my filter as well. The UV filter itself is extremely clear and very high quality; the glass arrived so clean and clear it was hard to tell it was there. It also comes with a handy plastic protective case which is appreciated. After using these I can’t go back to the old style of screwing filters on and off, and highly recommend the set - it’s excellent in every way, from clarity to craftsmanship and quality.

Great filter and it dose what is advertised however it is a bit expensive. unless you are strictly interested in the magnetic aspect there are cheaper options out there that will achieve the same results.

This product has been carefully thought through. It comes with a magnetic MCUV filter, and a magnetic male screw part to go in your camera. There are really two screw parts: one screw part is sh aped like a regular filter, and can screw on the front of your lens. The other is an ultra-shallow threaded part that could be threaded into a filter that's already on there and allow you to stack filters, which I find clever.The fit and finish is excellent, it feels like a well-made product. The optical quality is good, I have not noticed a decrease in photo sharpness or anything like that. I like that I can go straight to their ND filter like just by popping this little magnetic bit off. I even like the aesthetic on the front of my lens. Would definitely recommend.

Was happy to try this and wanted an easy method to attach filters to my camera lens. The concept is good and other brands have implemented this method and made it work with many users.The main issue that I have experienced is that I'm unable to use my lens hood with this magnetic ring installed, which is a fail in my book.I like the quality and hoped that it was my answer, but unfortunately it is not.Purchase if you don't use a lens hood while having filters installed on your lenses...all good.But if you do, then look elsewhere.
