When our phones developed problems, we were about to shop for new phones, but decided to try replacing the batteries. We placed an order for these AT&T BT8001 batteries, and now we no longer have problems with low battery or crackling sounds when we are talking. Very happy with our purchase. The cost of the new batteries was only a fraction of the cost of new phones. Our original batteries had lasted several years. Hopefully, these batteries will have similar battery life. The batteries were shipped and arrived in a timely manner.

The battery seems to be working fine. The connection wire is on the opposite side of the battery from the original. It was a little harder to install, but it works.

These replacement batteries worked out fine. The old batteries in our phones got to where they just couldn't hold a charge for more than half a day. So time to get new ones. Ordered these by the number on the inside of the battery compartment in the phones. Received them fairly quickly. Even though the numbers did not match the old battery number exactly, it matched what the info in the phone said to order. Installed them, charged them up and everything works fine. Holds a charge for almost a week now. Will be buying others for the rest of the phones we have.
