Both batteries work, and they charge reasonably quickly.Good stuff god value.

I chose this product over the similar ones because on the product detail page stated "protect cap included" with picture. When I received the battery there is no cap. Contacted customer service, the response is there is no cap and I can return the product if I want to. I need the battery for my trip and there was time to order new ones so I kept it. The battery is OK, not last long as Canon one even it is marked as more capacity, but it's much cheaper

After 24 hours charging, 1 battery only lasted 30 min. Thank goodness, I had the second battery, that lasted the rest of the day event

2 weeks into our travel, one of the battery just stop working. In other words, it lasted 13 days and 5-6 charges, that's it. It died. The picture also shown the battery protective cover came with it, but in reality there is no cover. A battery that last less than 7 charges, don't buy it. By the time I came back to US, the return date has passed. So I'm stuck with a useless POS.

I apparently lost my charger for my OEM Canon e12 battery and decided to look out on Amazon for one. Sure enough I ran into this product and decided to buy the model that had the LCD display and two extra batteries. They charge quickly, which is amazing, and work just as well as my OEM battery! Three batteries are better than one.

This... kind of works? I think? It's hard to tell though because the screen does not seem to be responding the way it was designed to. Often times I'll come back and find that one of the batteries has not been charging. I also have not been able to get it to work with other brands of batteries. My Canon batteries freak the whole system out and the screen starts blinking rapidly without charging.

Can charge one or two battery's at time and give charge rate ! Wish they made dual charger for my canon G1x & G15 !
