Historically, I've never used gloves for fishing or any outdoor activity. But in the past few years, getting older thing with my body have changed. It's like my skin is more susceptible to sunburn. I wanted something that would protect my skin outside of just sunblock which has to be constantly reapplied. After 10-15 minutes of research, I settled on trying the KastKing Ultimate Angler Gloves.Now when I say that these are perfect for my needs, I am not exaggerating. The Fingerless design allows for full dexterity and the palm is works well with gripping scaleless fish (i.e. American Eel, Catfish). The material is breathable and actually dries quickly. I would definitely recommend for people with sensitive skin and or aversion to sunlight.

These gloves are exactly what I was looking for. True to size, they fit perfectly right out of the package. The material feels amazing lightweight yet durable, offering just the right amount of protection without sacrificing dexterity. The grip is excellent, especially when handling wet gear or fish. Bonus points for the color matching my boat, which was a nice touch.

I like to wear gloves while fishing because I need to protect myself from the sun’s uv rays. I fish for hours on the surf so I prefer covering up over wearing sunscreen. I’m also allergic to some sunscreens. These gloves will suit my needs well and they look great. There seems to be a lot of attention to detail from the button to keep the gloves together to the band to remove the gloves easily.

I recently purchased these gloves after fishing with my lifelong friend who has recently been dealing with a cancer diagnosis. I'll be 70 soon and figured it was time to start being a little more proactive. I was surprised how unobtrusive they were while fishing. They are very comfortable and provide the needed protection from the sun particularly with the longer cuff.

I got these to use while I'm on my SUP. I prefer having palm contact with my paddle handle on my board, but I also hate sunburned hands, so these gloves are the thing I've been waiting for! The top fabric is cooling to the touch and feels awesome on a hot day when you put some water on them. They protect my hands well but leave my finger tips available for line tying and such when I'm fishing off my board. The rest of the lower is a nice and thin material that doesn't impede dexterity or get hot. The palm opening acts as a vent as well. It doesn't have any grip texture on it, but you really don't need it with these gloves.All in all, I have a lot of KastKing stuff including rods, reels, sunglasses, and some apparel, and I have been consistently impressed with their gear. Good stuff!
