Bought this for my young parrot. He loved it! He's since passed (RiP Mango!) but he spent a lot of time enjoying each nibbly piece!

Very cheap looking and made. Product isn't what it appears in the picture. Some of the red fence posts had already fallen off when opening product. Not to mention the over excessive, very visible, amount of glue easily seen all over product.

My package arrived damaged and broken in multiple areas. The course of action to get a replacement or refund has been nothing but a hassle. I would highly not recommend unless you want to take the risk of wasting money on a broken item.

Its visibly hot glued together so I cant use it for my gerbil. The bridge doesn’t support the weight of my Syrian or the gerbil, even if it did, I wouldnt feel comfortable using this for even supervised play. On top of that its just poor quality.

It's really cute, but it looks like it was made by a child. Not very good quality. We still use it though and our hamster loves it.

as son as i received the this house for my hamster i was so excited but when it arrived it was damaged in so many different ways. also its no put together with any care... pieces are uneven and im missing a piece of the fence. 1/10 would not buy again
