This arrived folded up on itself, and since there's no wire in the ears they didn't want to stand up. We used some steam let them hand upside a couple days. It helped a bit, but the ears still flopped a little. He's got another week before the spirit day he wanted these for, so hopefully a little more time hanging will do the trick.For a future model - a little wire in the ear would be helpful!Otherwise, they're soft & fuzzy, comfortable to wear and didn't pinch his head.
