This case is genuine Kawasaki and it fit perfectly on my 2020 Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS. It came with instructions but you won't really need them. It is plenty big enough for everyday uses. It has a waterproof cover that secures to the straps so it won't get lost. The straps have two parts. They have the parts that bolt onto the frame and those have a D-ring on them. The straps from the bag have velcro for quick release from the D-rings. The overall case is secured by a metal base plate that is held by the seat and fender screws. It has velcro that holds the bottom of the case solid to the fender. The inside is lined with nylon. Con: there are no pockets inside, just one big area.
