I was a little skeptical about these lights because of the price, but they're awesome! The lights are bright, the rope is thick, and it comes with everything you need for a sturdy attachment. It takes 3 AAA batteries that are in a waterproof box. I don't think the remote is waterproof, but honestly I'm not using it on a kayak so that's not a big deal for me. Light ropes of this length usually cost so much more so I'm very happy!

These lights provide a very unique look to my kayak at night. Definitely stands out on the lake! The lights are powered by double a batteries and the included remote makes it easy to change the color of the LED's and switch between modes. Very cool touch to add to my kayak and the lights are encased in a durable protective tubing.

These LED rope light kits are awesome! They are easy to install onto the kayaks, are plenty bright and easy to use. It was cool using it for night kayaks and being able to see everyone on the lake!

These lights are beautiful and definitely look like they do in the pictures. I love the versatility of the colors so that you can change things up for different holidays or occasions. The colors are vibrant and bold and visible from far away -- which is great for decoration or safety (if you are putting these on a boat or other vehicle for example).And while I appreciate the water safe battery box, I really wish it came with an option for a plug in cord (for continuous operation) or maybe a larger battery -- if you use these all night long, lets say from dusk to dawn, you'll have to replace the batteries every couple days -- so you end up going through a lot of batteries.

I recently purchased the Kayak Glow Lights Kit, and while I was initially thrilled with how they enhanced the look of my kayak, my experience took a turn after just a week of use.The **LED glowing rope lights** looked fantastic when they were working. The **17 colors** and **7 flashing modes** provided a vibrant display that added a lot of fun to my night kayaking adventures. The ability to change colors with the remote control was a great feature—everyone complimented how cool my kayak looked with the lights. The 21ft length was also perfect, allowing me to wrap the lights around my kayak effectively.However, I was disappointed when the lights **stopped working after only a week**. I followed all the instructions for use and care, but despite my efforts, they just wouldn't turn on anymore. I tried replacing the batteries and troubleshooting, but unfortunately, the lights didn’t come back to life.Overall, I wanted to love these kayak glow lights because they truly looked amazing, but the lack of durability is a significant concern. I hope to see improvements in the product or support for replacement options in the future. For their initial look and functionality, I’m giving them 3 stars, but I can't recommend them based solely on my experience with reliability.

Well I can tell you I really do like these lights they were super easy to install it has multitude of colors that you can use on this with the remote control it only took three batteries it was installed with the included zip ties in less than 5 minutes and it adds a nice little added touch of light to my garage just love these lights
