I bought these fender skirts to put on my 36 Buick, A GM made car. Instructions were no help. Seemed simple enough to install but they would not stay on until I did some intense modification. First the bottom at the front and back had to be drilled through the bottom of the skirt and into the bottom frame of my fender to attach it. Then the arm that tightens the skirt to the fender had to be bent in to get the top of the skirt to go flush to my fender. That was the left skirt. For the right side I had to cut and add a piece of flat aluminum bolting it to the bottom front end of the skirt so I could even drill a hole from the skirt to the fender to attach it at that end. The back side aligned ok But I still had to drill and attach it with bolt. The arm on this skirt did not even reach the top of my fender so it could be tightened to the top of the fender. Again, I had to add a piece of flat aluminum to lengthen the arm so it would lock the skirt to the top of the fender. Too much trouble, But they look real nice after all the trouble and work.
