Wire connection or not solder properly they break easy wires need to be soldered on a lot better

Ok, so they fit, the pieces do what they are supposed to, however, if you're not installing a rather long LED or HID you can't turn it to lock into place, there's nowhere to grip it once the bulb is inserted into the assembly. Unfortunately I returned mine and bought aftermarket bulbs specifically for VW which don't need the retainer.

First set broke and wires came apart. Sent notice into seller including that the product did not look like what was posted as advertised on Amazon. Was sent a second set that arrived well over a month later from overseas only to find the same product was resent and just as useless as the second set.Do not buy as you will be disappointed and have waisted your time and money.

Fits a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan if anyone is wondering. Does the trick as advertised. Mediocre quality. I hade to re-solder the connections. Overall, it does work if you have the time and patience. Personally, this was way to much work. Just spend a little more and get the ones that are a direct fit.

Unless your LED's have heatsinks with nice narrow sections near the base they are not easy to snap and hold your bulbs into place but they do the trick. The wires coming off the plastic piece could be attached better they feel like they can maybe break off if you have heavy LED driver modules that end up dangling. But again, all of these things are made the same anyway, spending twice on a brand name is pointless. There is no magical better product to adapt regular H7's to our cars and using these you can get LED's actually tested to have proper beam pattern by using the bulbfacts dot com LED chart.Update: Nearly 2 years later they are still working great and have not come loose in my Golf. These ARE a bit of a pain to get in, but they are all the same anyway, just have patience and get them in there good and you will be set for long term use. When you can only get TESTED SAFE LED's to use in halogen housings by using the BulbFacts dot com charts it is worth having ones that have tested as having a good beam pattern, sadly there are no tests on those direct fit model LED's. And YES, there are plenty of LED's that do have proper cutoff in halogen housings now but many cheapies that don't and brand doesn't matter much at all, each model does when many brands have good and horrible models, use the charts!

First of all the shipping time was great arrived on time. When I got to installing them had to do some thinking on my own to come up with a way to fit them in, as they didn’t come with any instructions. Once I figured it out, basically you gotta take the bulb apart and cut off some edges and modify it a little here and there they fit good. Also the wires look a little sketchy so I threw some solder on one of them that looked the worst, just incase. Overall I wish it came with some sort of instructions but for the price can’t complain. Would recommend if you are handy and have some time to play around and modify it. Would buy again.
