Exactly as pictured and super comfortable! It's very light and thin but still warm. Fit is good, but felt like it runs slightly big. Great at repelling water and dries fairly quick.

This is a very nice very classic clean, looking jacket and that is the reason why I bought it. It is a little thin at least thinner than I expected. I wish there was a thicker fluffier layer on the inside. But my husband seems to love it since this is who I bought the jacket for And he has no complaints. That’s why I’m giving it four stars.

Tactical jacket with only two pockets? That's a first for me! No additional compartments, or pockets on the outside and more surprisingly none on the inside. They claim pockets on the inside but I don't consider a pocket if it has a giant hole at the bottom (see pic). This jacket is no frills but NOT low-quality either. The fabric is nice and well-constructed. It is more of a lightweight jacket than I was expecting. Nothing wrong with this jacket it just didn't meet my expectations for a tactical-style jacket or its thickness.

First off, the jacket is super light weight and great for warmer wear (50-60 degrees F) by itself. If you plan on using this for colder weather, order a size up so you can add layers underneath it.My husband was caught in a downpour, and we can confirm it is waterproof and wind proof. The jacket also dried in about 10 minutes. The inside lining is pill resistant and made of a shaved soft fleece material. There is also a hidden inner pocket.I have washed the jacket twice, and it still looks brand new. So, I think my husband will wear the jacket for many years to come.How I rate the products I review.1 Star - Does not work / would cause damage in any use case2 Stars - Works but poor quality / poorly made3 Stars - Would work fine in other situations, just not mine / lacking more than one thing or has many annoying traits / this product is a decide-for-yourself type of product4 Stars - Works as described but lacks one small thing or has one small annoying trait / still a decent buy5 Stars - A perfect Item with a perfect price-to-quality ratio/ you should definitely buy! (I would also give a product that would normally get 4 Stars this if I can justify why)

This is nice and feels well made. I don't get cold very easily and I hate messing with a thick coat in the winter, so this will be perfect.

I like the look and feel of this jacket. I wear a large and this jacket fits great in the LG to XL range. It has two zippered outside pockets and two very deep inside pockets for gloves or a cell phone. The outer shell is nylon and weather resistant and the inside is fleece lined and feels very comfortable. My main pet peeve with jackets like this is that the inside feels like the outside and you might as well be wearing a plastic bag. This jacket does NOT feel like that. It is easily as comfortable as my other fleece jacket if not quite as stretchy. I like the Velcro straps on the cuffs to adjust the tightness. I’ve had more than one jacket that I could only take off by turning it inside out because the cuffs were too tight. This one functions much better in that regard. Nice size and still meshed with great comfort and practical features. Win win.

I suppose "softshell tactical jacket" refers to a particular style these days, rather than an actual functionally tactical garment. That being said, I would not consider this to be an actual tactical. But due to the lack of pockets and zippers, it has cleaner lines and makes a very nice business casual jacket. It kept me warm and dry in super windy and slightly rainy weather. For sizing, go with your normal menʻs t-shirt size. This is a really nice jacket for the price and I got several compliments on it. Highly recommend!

I ordered this coat to use mainly for fishing and hiking. There is a lot to like about this jacket but the best features are it is rainproof, lightweight and comfortable. It has two zipper pockets on the outside and two larger inside pockets that are not zip on the inside that could be used to store gloves, caps or scarves. The arms have a velcro strap to seal the wrist and a drawstring around the waist to keep the elements from entering from the bottom. I am 6.1 and 220 lbs so I ordered the XXL size and it fits perfectly with some room to spare. The zippers are waterproof and work smoothly and the jacket stitching is good quality and uniform. The jacket has performed as advertised. I have really been impressed by its warmth and looks. I am comfortable wearing this jacket during daily routines as well as outdoor activities.
