The size matches perfectly, and it seals well after installation, with no gaps for air leakage. It uses a thick polycarbonate material, which is indeed much lighter than the glass model I used before, and it is also very scratch-resistant. After driving on a dirt road for a while, there were no obvious scratches, which made me very satisfied. The flip design is very convenient. It can be opened for ventilation when the weather is hot, and closed when it is cold or raining. The riding experience is much better than before. To be honest, I was worried at first whether this non-glass material would be soft, but it actually felt very solid in use, and it was very stable when running in strong winds, and it would not shake.

There was an issue of the connecting clamps are too small to connect to our side by side. After several calls and emails to the company, over a week later, the problem still has not been resolved.

Disappointed that windshield did not cover entire window opening. It should have went as high as the roof. It's at least 6 to 8 inches too short. It was ordered specifically for my machine so it should have fit much better

After installing this windshield, the overall feeling is good. The size is just right. It fits my Can-Am Commander Max 2017 very tightly, without any looseness or shaking. The polycarbonate material is quite strong. It was hit by small stones several times when I went out to run on the forest trail, but it was fine. It is much better than the original thin glass. The scratch resistance is also good. At least there are no obvious scratches at present. The flip design is very convenient. It is especially practical to open it for ventilation when it is hot. But there are still some small regrets. When installing, several screws were stuck a little tight. It took a long time to adjust them. In addition, the instruction manual is a little brief, and you need to have some hands-on skills.

I first want to mention that I never write reviews. If it works as it should then that's expected. If it doesn't I generally just suck it up and keep my mouth shut. But this one. Oh my! First off the product itself is fine and is as expected. Quality seems good and it performs like it says.Installation! Here we go!There are 8 steps to install this windshield. My particular model SXS is a 2013 Can Am Commander 1000xt.The instructions could have been better written by my 8 year old grandson. There is no clear photos of the front and back of the lower half, which is quite important for placement. There are no real explanations of which hole in the clo to attach the gas strut. No real direction on what steps to take to attach the other part of the strut to the top half of the windshield. Says installation estimate 30 minutes. It took me a good 4 and a half hours and I think I have now developed a drinking problem, my wife and I aren't speaking now and my dog hides from me when I come outside. This was ridiculous. And there is no where online to see a video or even see a more detailed instruction sheet. All in all I would not purchase again just for the fact of the install directions suck!
